This website is operated by Gifts By Mosami, trading as Gifts By Mosami. It sells handmade crochet gifts to customers at serviceable addresses in India. Business and customer-care details are on our Business & grievance page.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the purchase, or are acting with the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian.

We try to describe and photograph every piece accurately. Screens can display colours differently, and handmade work may have small variations in stitch, shape, placement or measurements. Those natural differences are not defects, but the item should still match its description, chosen options and reasonable quality expectations.

Materials, approximate dimensions, care information, availability and whether a piece is ready or made to order are shown on its product page. Contact us before ordering if a precise colour, size or date is essential.

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees for one piece unless the product page says otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed item price; shipping is shown separately before you place the order.
• Online payments are processed by PayU. Cash on delivery is offered where available.
• An order is accepted when we issue its confirmation. We may contact you to clarify personalisation, an address, availability or a suspected pricing error before proceeding.
• If a product becomes unavailable, a clear pricing error occurred, delivery is not serviceable, or we cannot safely fulfil the order, we may cancel it and refund every amount paid for it.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. You are responsible for checking the item, colour, quantity, address and total before placing the order.

A made-to-order piece begins after the order is accepted and follows the lead time shown on the product page. Personalisation text must be lawful, clear and suitable for the available space; we may ask for clarification or decline inappropriate content.

For a separately quoted custom piece, the design, price and timeline are agreed with you before work starts. Unless the quote says otherwise, a 50% advance starts the work and the balance is due before dispatch. Cancellation and refund limits for work already begun are explained in the Cancellation policy, without reducing rights that apply to defective, wrong or misdescribed goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law.

You may browse and share links for personal, lawful use. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, misuse checkout or payment systems, scrape the catalogue at scale, or use the store for fraud.

The Gifts By Mosami name, original photographs, writing, illustrations and site design are owned by us or used with permission. You may not commercially reproduce them without written permission. A custom request does not transfer rights in our underlying patterns, methods or general designs unless expressly agreed in writing.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but maintenance, network failures or third-party services can occasionally interrupt it. We are responsible for direct loss caused by our breach to the extent required by law. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by you, misuse of the product contrary to care instructions, or events genuinely beyond reasonable control.
